I just don't get it...

Sometimes I really don't understand, how come people like to drive SLOW when they are in the fast lane and drive FAST when they are in the middle or the right most lane. I was at the left most lane a.k.a fast lane this morning, i was not driving very fast, maybe 80-90 like that, then there's this car on my left switched on the right signal trying to cut into my lane. As a good driver, I slowed down a little bit and let the driver switched to my lane, right in front of me. Then the nightmare begins...

After she switched to my lane, she drives really slow...maybe 40...what's wrong with her? When she was at the middle lane, she drives as fast as me and now when she switched to the fast lane, she decided to go slow?

Argggggg.....

You see.. she asked me something at about 6pm+ yesterday..I explained to her, for like 30 minutes.. then she said ok.. As soon as I finished explaining, she off the computer and left. I didn't see her writing down anything, she thinks she can remember. This morning, she asked me again, the exact same thing....

Of cos she will kena from me, she thinks i'm so free? or she thinks i'm a tape recorder, can replay any time she wants? If she can't remember, why can't she finished it before she leaves the office? Even she had something to do after work and need to rush back, she can still write it down some where what, right or not?

You volunteered, and now you complaint???

Have you ever met someone like this? He volunteered to do something, and after he did it, he complaint to everyone else that he was forced to do all these things..argg..I hate this kind of ppl...

There's this guy in my comp, who likes to VOLUNTEER to do stuff. It can be helping ppl tabao for lunch, or driving the car out from car park, or changing light bulbs, carrying stuff and etc. He is always the first to volunteer, which is a good thing. BUT I hate it when he complaint after he had done all these things. He said ppl always bully him and asked him do stuff like that...

Hey!! You volunteered ok? Don't complaint!!

Can't park at this motorcycle place? No problem! I parked at ANOTHER motorcycle's place!!

Remember I blog about the owner which can afford an expensive car but not another parking lot? Well, it seems like a lot of people complaint to the management about this owner which constantly parked his small car at the motorcycle parking place. Few days ago, we saw the guard writing down his car plate number. So FL went over and talked to the guard, the guard told us they had warned him many many times, when he parked his cars at the visitors parking, they warned him, when he parked at other ppl's place, they've warned him again, then when he started to park at the motorcycle place, they warned him again! He told us this time he's gonna clamped his car!

I was happy to hear that. If everybody who owns a small car parked their car at the motorcycle place, then we don't need to buy car parks lor, it's so unfair to us (the owner of the car park) and it's so unfair for those motorcyclist too! Moreover, the way he parked is blocking the stairs!!

Anyway, this morning, I saw the motorcycle place is finally empty! I was happy for a minute and then I saw the familiar car again. Guess what? He parked at ANOTHER motorcycle place!! ^#$$#(*$(#*($%$%*$)*%$$% I don't know how the guard talked to this guy, maybe they told him not to park at this particular motorcycle place? that is why now he moved and parked at another motorcycle place?

~sigh...

Please please please, be responsible!!

I am not a person who loves animals.. ei, don't get me wrong, I don't hate them too, as long as they behave themselves. I'm living in a condo, as u know, condo doesn't allowed pets such as cats and dogs, but of cos, as usual, ppl will ignore these rules lar, which I'm still ok with it as long as u keep ur pet clean and quiet.

But the problem is... these owners, they keep their pet clean at their own unit, everyday, they will bring their pets out for a walk and at the same time pee and shit out there (the stair case). So far I haven't come across any shit (thank god) but pee..oh my god, is damn smelly lar.. Everyday (I take the stair case to the car park) I will need to stop breathing when I passed by certain floors, sometimes it's still wet and even if it's dry, u can still see the yellowish stain and of cos the SMELL.

So here I am, begging the owners of these pets, be responsible. You want ur unit to be clean, we want our condo area to be clean as well.

Placed more hidden cameras, hire more guards lar!

I like to carry big bags (actually not say very big also lar, slightly bigger than the normal handbag lar..) cos I can put lot's of stuff in my bag. There's once I went to Giant at One Utama (no more Giant, now it's Cold Storage), before I stepped into Giant, the guard stopped me. He asked me to place my bag at the counter there. I told him this is my handbag, I have wallet, hp inside, who will be responsible if I lost anything? He said he don't care, so I walked away and didn't shop there.

Last month, I went to Carrefour, again, I was carrying a big bag (all my bags mostly big lar..). So the guard stop me again, he said he wanna tie a knot at my bag around the zipper. I looked at him, and asked him, how am i suppose to pay later if you tie that knot? He said asked the cashier to cut it off for u. Then he tied it before i said yes. Since he already tied it, I just walked in lor.. then few minutes later, somebody call me.. oh shit.. i can't even open my bag, how am i suppose to answer the call? %^#&$*@#%^@#@&@^#

I felt this is really a very stupid way for these hypermarkets to prevent people from stealing. If you scared people steal things, placed more hidden cameras, hire more guards lar, why wanna make us, the shopper suffer? Argggg... I told myself I won't shop there anymore if they did this to me again!

Those that cash out from Advertlets on March 2008, anyone received the cheque??

I'm starting to lose my patience. It has been 4 months since I cash out from Advertlets. When I first created a ticket asking them about my cash out status, they said it normally takes 2 months to processed. So i wait and wait and wait for 2 months but still no sign of the cheque. I update the ticket asking them about the cheque and this time no reply. I wait for another month and then in June, I wrote a post on my blog, Dear Adverlets, when are you going to pay me?. A day after I posted this, Advertlet ppl wrote a comment telling me that they already sent out all the cheque, asked me to wait. FINE!!

I wait and wait and wait and still no sign of the cheque. Again, I update the ticket and of cos, received no reply as well. So I wrote ANOTHER post in July on my blog to complaint, Dear Advertlets, did you really sent out our cheque. Then when I checked the ticket, I saw a reply from them. What they say? Well, ask me to WAIT until month end again lar.. what else?

So i wait and wait and wait and wait and now it's AUGUST and still NO SIGN of the cheque!!!!! I'm so geram and I decided to go comment at their blog, the blog post which says they already sent us the cheque. A few hours later, I got an email from their support ppl. This time what they say?

We’re sorry to hear that you have not received your cheque. We will reissue and ensure that you receive it before the 15th of this month.

So let's WAIT and see lar.. The conclusion is what? Don't need to submit ticket as nobody will reply you, go comment at their blog and they will reply you faster (cos a lot of their supporter can see the comment mar..)!! Is there anyone cash out in March? Did you guys received your cheque? Is it only ME who didn't receive the cheque????

Wah, that stupid lawyer!!

One of my uncle asked my brother to help him to call a lawyer to ask about some legal issue. Due to some reason, my brother ask me to call instead. He sms me the lawyer's handphone and I started to call since last sunday.

I called twice on Sunday but nobody answer the phone, i thought maybe he don't work on Sunday, so he doesn't want to answer the phone. So I called again on Monday morning, afternoon, evening, still nobody answer the phone. Then Tuesday I tried to call for a few times and this morning I tried as well, still the same, nobody answer the phone.

I started to feel that maybe I'm calling the wrong number. I decided to call my brother to double check with him but before I called my brother, he called me instead to ask me whether I had call the lawyer or not. I told him I called many many times but seems like nobody answering the phone. So he asked me to call my uncle to ask for the lawyer's number again. Maybe he had given us the wrong number.

I called my uncle and told him the situation, guess what my uncle told me? oo, that lawyer ar.. he only answer calls from people he know. The lawyer don't have my number, that is why he's not answering my calls! WHAT???? What the hell, what kind of lawyer is that? Only answer calls from ppl he knows? So geramlar, waste my time and money to call him so many time!!

So now what? My uncle will sms him my number and ask HIM to call me!!

Dear Advertlets, did you really sent out our cheque?

Exactly one month ago (10-6-2008), I posted this on my blog, Dear Advertlets, when are you going to pay me? to complaint about Advertlets. The next day after I wrote this post, I received a comment from Advertlets Support. They told me they already sent the cheque to me. So immediately I login to my advertlets account and found that my cash out status had changed from 'Unpaid' to 'Sent'.

Since then, I checked my mail box everyday, hope to see the cheque from advertlets. Day by day, week by week, and after one month (today is 10 of July) i still received nothing from them! So should I blame the post office? Did they lost my mail? Or should I asked Advertlets, did you really sent out our cheque?

Did anyone that cash out on march 2008 received cheque from Advertlets? Anybody?

Dear Advertlets, when are you going to pay me?

On 25th of March 2008, I cash out the very first time from Advertlets. Ya, their minimum pay out is RM 100 and I only able to reach that amount after 1 year ++. Anyway, I cash out and after a month, I checked back the status and it still showed as 'Unpaid'. I sent them an email, asking them about this and very quickly they replied me and said it takes about 30 to 45 days for them to process the payment.

Alright then, I will WAIT. So on 26 of May 2008 (definitely more than 45 days), I checked the cash out status and it's still showing 'Unpaid'. Again, I sent them an email to ask them about this and guess what? Till now I still did not get a reply from them and also the status of my cash out still remained as 'Unpaid'.

I waited patiently for more than 60 days, sent them email but they never reply, so what else can I do? The only thing I can do is to remove their ads from my blog (since they are not paying me, why I still put their ads to advertise for them right?). I google a bit and found out that Advertlets got really bad reputation on this cash out thing. A lot of ppl claimed that they didn't received their money, some cash out since last august but till now still received nothing!!

I'm not that kind of person that believes everything ppl said but this thing really happened to me, so now I believe them. So dear readers, any of you had cash out from Advertlets before and had actually received payment from them? Let me know, let me know how you get them to pay you! RM 100 maybe means nothing to you, but to me, it means A LOT. I can feed my car full full using that RM100!!

I'm going to VOMIT blood!!

Have you ever feel like vomiting blood during work? Arggg, this whole week i'm having this vomit blood feeling. What happened? Well, let me tell you what heppened. My comp developed a simple system for a client, the purpose of the system is to make sure they are not going to over use their budget. First you planned your budget properly, how much you gonna allocate to each and every department. Then you entered it to the system, and when user request something, the system will cross check with the budget. By doing this, they will never have over budget problem.

Recently they messed up the system and keep bugging us to solve their problem. When we looked at the way they set up the budget, we almost faint! They did not plan the budget in the first place, they just create the budget. Create create and create and user request request and request. When the user said budget not enough, the accounts ppl go create some more budget. After sometime, they go calculate the budget and found out budget over used. So what they do? They go cancel off the budget. The problem now is the budget tied to all the requests and now they want us to go save their ASS!!!!!

arggg.. the system is to assist you, the system does not know how much budget you gonna give to a department if you didn't enter it properly. Now you blame all to the system? To them it's stupid system with clever user. To me, it's just the other way round!!

A good dentist and a super RUDE nurse

I started to visit this dentist about 5 yrs ago @ ss2. I remembered that time I'm having tooth ache, so i just simply find one clinic and walked in. The minute I walked in, the nurse asked whether I got made any appointment or not. I said no, this is my first visit mar, i didn't know have to make appointment. The nurse scolded me for not making appointment but since the dentist is free, she let me in.

This dentist is so far the best dentist I've ever visited. She's very careful and gentle. I really didn't need to suffer a lot, she will try her very best not to make you suffer. Anyway, I had a very good impression with the dentist, but the nurse.. ~sigh.. Since then I always visit this dentist if i needed to do scaling lar, filling lar and etc.

I've stopped visiting the dentist after I moved to puchong few years ago. I went to another dentist but I still feel she's the best. So when I moved out from Puchong, I decided to pay this dentist a visit again. So i called the clinic to make appointment for next saturday. I called yesterday when I was out for lunch. It was quite noisy and the nurse talked so soft. Here's our conversation:

J: Hello? (someone picked up the phone without talking...)
N: ya... (nv said this is so and so clinic and nv greet the caller. very rude..)
J: Is this clinic so and so? (better asked, so long nv go liao, dono this clinic still exists or not..)
N: ya.
J: I'll like to make an appointment to see the dentist next Saturday. What time is available?
N:...
J: Sorry.. I can't hear you..
N: .....
J: har?
N: 7pm
J: Har, 7pm?
N: NO LAR!!! 11am!!! (she's shouting already..)
J: ok then, 11am next Saturday.

J: J... You need my reg no?
N: yes..

J: Sorry, can I confirmed the time again? Next Saturday 11am?

She just put down the phone like that? Oh my god, i really want to vote her as the most RUDE punya nurse lar. Never see such rude ppl before... I really cannot hear what she's saying. I decided to call again to confirm my appointment as I'm afraid she thought I wanted to book for this Saturday. I called again just now in office..

N: hello J: (how come is this nurse again.. arggggg!!!!!) Hi, is this clinic so and so? N: ya. J: I called yesterday to make an appointment for next Saturday. My line was very bad so i counldn't hear clearly. Can i double confirmed again my appointment? N: we will call a day before the appointment one... J: erm.. can't you just check for me? N: wait for us to call. (tu......)

OMG, see? she just cut off the line again. arggg.. so geram lar. I think if the dentist fire this nurse, she probably opened a few more branches already!!

Not accepting things that you want us to do?

Sometimes I really feel angry with those websites that pays us to blog. How come? When you submit your blog for approval, all the blog posts with links, they will treat it as paid posts. Funny right? Don't they read? Can't they differentiate between paid and non paid posts?

What else? Oh ya, they claimed that they do not accept blogs that have many paid posts. Funny right? They are the one who give us these paid posts and they said they don't want to approve these kind of blog? and there's one more thing, some claimed that they only accept blogs with page rank. Did they ever use their brain to think who are the one that make us lost all our page rank? It's them!!!

BAD BAD BAD BAD after sales service!!

Before you buy, you are the king, everything also yes yes yes, can can can. After you buy, you are useless, ignore ur call, ignore ur sms, didn't even plan to carry out the things that they promise to you.

All these sounds familiar? I'm really very angry with sales ppl that got this kind of attitude. How are they gonna make more money if they treat their customer like that? Ok, let me tell u my experience, which till now I still NOT YET get the gift that they PROMISED to give me.

2 weeks before cny (end of January), me and FL were at this Jusco, Kepong and we bumped into these bunch of sales ppl promoting Diamond water. This guy, F, explained to us, tried to persuade us to buy. Yes, of cos, his attitude is very good lar... Actually even before he explained I already intend to buy, but due to the price I need to think think a bit lar. So after he finished his talk, I told him we need to consider, so this guy go asked his supervisor, a lady to come talk to us. This lady, J, try to persuade us by giving us some free gifts (filters). I told her I still need to consider. Then J intro me to her superior, S, the lady that in charge the whole team. So this S, very very good in persuading ppl, after she talk talk talk and she promised to gave us another gift, which is another more expensive filter, filter A (RM 100+).

Then FL decided to buy since we already intend to buy long long time ago and there's also installment plan. So happily we bought the filter and few days later, some guy came installed for us together with the free gifts (except the RM 100+ filter A). So we asked the guy that do the installation where's the filter, he said this filter will be sent by the sales person to us. Ok lor, since he said that, so we wait lar.

We wait wait wait but got no call from them. Then after CNY, we tried to call the number printed on the receipt. Some lady answer the phone, we told her our problem and she said will passed the message to the sales person. So again, we wait and wait and wait and wait again, and still no news no phone calls from them!!

After waiting for so long, beginning of March I called again. This time another lady answered the phone, I told her my problems and I asked her to ask the sales person to call me. Finally the sales person, F called me. He said the filter should be delivered by the installation guy. (installation guy said him, he said the installation guy, what the hell!!) He said he will checked for me and get back to me.

OK lar, so i WAIT again lor. After one week, still no news. I decided to call him and asked him again. You know what he told me? Oo, ur filter is actually handle by another sales person, S one, so I give you her number and you call her lar!!

Come on lar, can't you just tell ur colleague to call me. What kind of after sales service is this????????????? Promises to them is like NOTHING? Before buy one kind, after buy another kind. Scary lar these ppl..Want me to intro more business to them? ya ya, WAIT lar!! I some more must tell me friends NOT TO buy from them ler!!!

Not enough blood??

When FL went to collect the blood test report at Pathlab today, the person told him that I need to go there again. Why? Said my blood taken was not enough for all the tests!!

What?? How come the staff so in-experience? So many ppl come do blood test, they should know how much blood needed for all the tests mar...

Sien lar, have to go again this saturday.. Pathlab ar Pathlab.. I really got bad impression on you lar..

Streamyx customer service..

My streamyx at home is very unstable lately. Friday night I have problems connecting to the Internet, Sunday night ok, and yesterday night not ok again. I called the customer service and after waiting for 5 minutes, someone answered my call. Here's our conversation..

J: Hi, I have problems connecting to the Internet.
C: What's your login id?
J: xxxxxxxxxx
C: ok.. what's your contact number?
J: xxxxxxxx
C: hold on ar.. help you to check..
(wait for 2-3 minutes)
C: ok, we currently having some problems in your area.. hold on ar.. i check again...
(wait for another 2-3 minutes)
C: ya, some maintenance work is going on.
J: so how long will it be up and running again?
C: err. i'm not sure.
J: so you don't have any idea when i can use the Internet again?
C: err.. i'm not sure.
J: so what i can do now is wait?
C: ya.. maybe you can try again.. later, or tomorrow morning or tomorrow night..

Wasting money calling these ppl lar. everything also dono...

Don't ever borrow your car loan with the car company!

I got very frusfrated when I need to issue cheque for my car loan every month. Why? Well, I'm not borrowing from the bank, I'm actually borrowing money from the car company itself. Why? Thanks to the sales person, I was unlucky to get this kind of sales ppl to serve me. After I found out he lied to me (about when can i get the car, borrow from his company in order to get the car faster), i lodged a complaint to his company to complaint about him!

Anyway, what makes me so frusfrated? Issuing cheque is ok, the problem is whenever i need to pay for the car loan, besides the cheque, i also need to fill in some details on a payment coupon book. I need to send that together with the cheque to the car company. What do i need to fill in every month? I need to fill in my name, my addresss, the amount i paid, my cheque number, my cheque issued place, my agreement no, my vehicle no and etc. Yes i need to fill all these EVERY month!!

When everyone is talking about online payment, they are still using this traditional way to keep track of the payment from us, the borrower. I was so so so so so regret why I believed that stupid sales man and go apply the loan from the car company instead of the bank. If i applied from the bank, i will not need to go through all these hassle and i can just pay online! #$&$#@$(%#(&%#&#$.. yes you are right, I'm issuing the cheque and filling up the stupid payment coupon now!!

Facebook's email notifications.. arggggg!!!!

I have been receiving email notifications from Facebook, everyday at least 5 to 10 emails. Ppl poke me lar, hug me lar, x me lar, bite me lar, all sorts of information. It's quite annoying! I decided to login to Facebook to see whether I can disable these emails notifcations or not. I clicked on the 'accounts' then there's this tab 'notifications'. There were this on and off radio button for us to select whether which are the ones we would like to have notifications. So what i did is to select off for all kinds of notifications and saved!

Am i free from facebook's notifications? NO! i'm not! At first i thought i will not be receiving anything from facebook but a few minutes later, i started to get notifications on someone poking me AGAIN!! OH MY GOD! then of cos, if i can received the poke notifications, for sure i can received the hug, bite, x notifications!!!

Anybody knows how to switch OFF these notifications?? ^#*$#$#(%$&%($*&%($&

Oh Shit! Chewing gum??

When i reached my office, parked my car and wanted to get down of my car, something caught my attention. I saw some pink color stuff on my car bonet. What the hell is that?? Oh my god!!

Early morning made my mood bad only. Chewing gum is nice to eat, but make sure you know how to throw it properly. Arggg...luckily i can still get rid of it..... No wonder Singapore banned chewing gum lar, there's just too many these kind of ppl around!!!!! %&%#$#&$#&^*&#*#

You are not allowed to cancel the card!!

I gave my number to the customer service ppl to ask them to call me back regarding the cancellation on the visa card that they automatically apply for me. So this morning I received a call from the MBF, she asked me why i do not want the visa card that they gave me, it waived 2 years annual fees and does not have a combine limit with my current card.

Well, I told her i got too many cards already and i don't need another one. She said even you don't used it you can just put it at home what, it's free anyway. So funny lar, if i don't need the card what for i apply for the card? If leave it at home scared later kena stolen, then have to go through all the trouble to go terminate the card, right or not?

Then she said ok, will cancel the card for me, then i told her i wished to terminate my the other MBF card as well, the mastercard. She said, oh, they waived 2 yrs annual fees for me for that card, so i CAN't cancel it till year 2008. So keep it till year 2008. Wah, got such thing one ar? waived for me means i cannot cancel the card??? %&%&^(&$(#*^&^%#$#$
