Tactic to get your credit card annual fees waived!!
Called xx credit card customer service centre to ask how to terminate my credit card.
cs: customer service, j: me
j: I would like to terminate my credit card, can u tell me how should i go about it?
cs: oh, may i know why you want to terminate the credit card? izzit becos of the annual fees or the service?
j: annual fees.
cs: would you consider if i give you a 75% discount on your annual fees + a free gift? you will only need to pay RM40 after the 75% discount.
j: NO.
cs: ok, what about i waive your annual fees for 2 yrs, but you need to swipe ONE time next week?
j: hmm ...
cs: u only need to swipe one time and ur annual fees will be waived for 2 yrs.
j: not permanently waived ar?
cs: oh, no, we do it on a yearly basis..
j: hmm, ok la.
cs: thank you.
hehe, like tat i got a 2 yrs annual fees waived. if not i have to pay RM100+ per yr leh.. totally not worth to keep the card..

Banks are really sneaky every single word must be scrutinized and diseccted.sigh. I only have one CC which is the Direct Access.
Sure i got ask lar, that one time no limit one.. u wanna swipe RM1 also no problem...
