Can anyone tell me what is this?


There's a lot of these 'things' in my house, on the walls, especially in the bathroom.

A friend of mine told me these are lizard's shit.
Then one day, i saw these 'things' moving!!!!

There's a worm inside it..

WHAT IS THIS AND HOW TO GET RID OR IT?????
