How SMART is the smart tunnel??

In case you don't know, the purpose of having this smart tunnel "Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel" is to solve the problem of flash floods in KL and also to reduce traffic jams.

But it seems that it doesn't served both purpose..

On Sunny days...
still jam jam jam, and the person in charge says that Smart tunnel is to solve the flash floods, not really for traffic jams..

and on Rainy days...
still flooding .. so the person in charge says, the Smart tunnel is for traffic purposes, the flood part not fully done yet, next month only considered 100% complete.

let's just wait and see, shall we?
