Since when maybank2u start charging??
I remember i read about this few months back, but after getting much complaints from all the users, they said they not going to charge. This time i heard nothing but they are already charging me!! RM10 for half yr service charge, means it's RM20 per year, wow that's VERY EXPENSIVE!!
Any one of you know about this? When did they annouce? How to terminate the maybank2u service ar?
For those of you that seldom use this service, better fast fast terminate it!!

It sucks getting con by Maybank but in true Malangsia spirit... "What to do?" right or not?

I'm not sure about this, but I know atm they will charge u RM8 for the service yearly.
Change to Public bank then.
no lar, for maybank atm they not charging, but if u have transaction more than 4 times, each time after wards will be charged for 50 cents.
Hmm... I think 'ayou' misunderstand lar.. only bank book need to charge RM8..
bank book they charge ar? i have no idea cos i dun have bank book, mine is a current account.
Maybank always make customer money without customer's notice ... Some more last time when do not have online banking, for saving account must have bank book and NO EXTRA CHARGES..and now everything CHARGE..$$..!! coz i'm saving account..
when maybank start charging for their online banking, i believe other banks will sooner or later charging also..

Dear All, I have personally called to maybank customer service to clarify this question. The answer is : maybank2u is free, except if you transfer money from maybank to other back, charge RM2.
Hi Pang, ya it's free for saving account, not for current account.
