The half yearly service fee is impose to a current accountholder with average balance less than RM1000.00. It should be communicated to you by the branch on the day the account was opened.

ooo so the ppl are supposed to inform you beforehand when u open ur account.....tembak them and say this was not communicated! rip-off!!
i remember i opened the account 5-6 years ago, at that time there's no charges like this lar. i think they only start charging this year!!!
Few years back, i always received email said they start charged.. dont know how true is that.. but now really start charging after your case.
you received email from them? good for you, i NEVER received anything from them b4 la.. oh wait.. got i once received an email that someone, i don't know who is that someone, transfer RM50 to my account, but the real fact is, nobody transfer money to me, so i guess that email is wrongly sent!!
