Pork Ribs with Sugar & Vinegar (糖醋排骨)


1. Mix Egg white & corn flour with pork ribs.
2. Fry. When it turns golden brown color, removed it from wok and put on a plate.
3. As for the sauce, we'll need tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt & water, mix all together
in the wok, heat it up and pour the pork ribs in.
4. served.

FL said it's nicer than the one we makan in kim gary. hehe...
it's not really that nice lar, just that the one in kim gary really not good,
expensive but taste bad.
