Kung Pow Chicken

Another new recipe from the book.

Chicken Fillet seasoned with egg white and corn flour.

Stir fry and removed from wok.

Saute ginger & garlic,
add in 2 teaspoon of bean paste (taucu),
a little bit of sugar,
2 teaspoon of vinegar, dried chili, saute saute,
add in the chicken fillet.
tah-dah.. the kung pow chicken.

I followed everything as in the recipe book but it doens't really look or taste like kung pow chicken that i used to eat outside. but luckily taste good too.. hehe...
