Sambal Sotong

after i know how to wash sotong, the next step of cos is to cook la!!! what do i need to cook sambal sotong??

shallots, sliced.

blended chili. I don't have sambal, so i used
this as substitute lor...

sotong (squid), sliced.

1. Stir fry shallots till fragrant, add a bit of soy sauce.
2. Add in a bit of sugar, then 3 teaspoon of blended chili.
3. pour in sotong and cooked for a few minutes.
4. served!!

btw, u forgot to take ur knife and slice out the outer skin of the sotong..the purple color thing...OMG u actually ate that ar...wah lau..respects

wuahahhaa, the purple color thing canot eat one ar. i knew i must have missed out something.. :p

but hor.. i go out makan outside those malay stall ar.. all also got this purple color thing one wor.. that's y i thought that one can eat one..

haha, outside one most of it is with skin one leh. unless u nv eat in those malay stalls b4 lor.. hehe..

if fear factor eat this then good ler, then i can easily win USD 50,000 already.. :p
