Steam Pork Ribs (清蒸排骨)


Tried another new recipe from the recipe books that i bought from the book fest.

1. Seasoned pork ribs for 30 minutes with a little of sesame oil, salt, sugar and corn flour.
2. Fry ginger and add in 1 teaspoon of bean paste (taucu).
3. Pour on the seasoned pork ribs and steam for 10 minutes.
3. Ready to be served.
