Scramble Egg with Tomato Sauce

A simple and yet delicious dish. Here's what you need to prepare the dish.

Ingredients:
2 eggs, tomato sauce, sugar, tomato

Scramble Egg.
Heat oil, low fire, pour in the egg
(beat till it mixed well)
keep stirring the egg till it cooked.

Tomato, cut into small slices.

Heat oil, stir fry garlic, then
add in tomato and little bit of sugar.
fry fry fry..

add in 1/4 cup of water and tomato sauce.

pour the scramble egg in.

ready to be served!!

Hi, this dish looks really good and simple to make. Just a question - why do you still need to add tomato sauce after the tomatoes?

hehe, cos ... it's called scramble egg with tomato sauce!!!

ok ok , just joking..

if you just add tomato, you probably will just get the taste of sour, but if you add in a little bit of tomato sauce, then you can get sweet n sour!! you can even add in chili sauce if you want to..
